The rental price

Rental prices are transparent and available above. Use rate per night:

Example: 7 days at $145 = $1015 +$135 (cleaning)= $1150 + $155.25 (13.5% Taxes) = $1305.25

Reservation confirmation

Any reservation can only be taken into account after receipt of payment of the security deposit.

The security deposit

When booking, the Lessee will give the Lessor an amount of $400 as a security deposit.

The security deposit has two functions:

Rental guarantee = It blocks the dates of your stay.

Damage guarantee = An inventory is carried out after your stay by ourselves on site. As soon as we have confirmed to you that no significant damage due to the tenant is to be reported, this security deposit will be refunded to you, at the latest within a period of one month.

The payment of the balance

The rental payment must be fully settled 4 weeks before your arrival. Payments are made by Paypal on accounts opened in our names, in the USA.

Late reservations

In the event of a reservation made less than 5 weeks before departure, full payment of the rental price and the security deposit will be payable at the time of reservation.

Payment receipts

Each time a payment is made (deposit or rental payment), a receipt or invoice will be sent to you by email.

Villa Information

Information about the villa (address, access map, door opening code, miscellaneous information, etc.) will be sent to you upon full payment of the rental price.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SUBSCRIBE TO CANCELLATION INSURANCE AND ENSURE THAT YOU BENEFIT FROM SUITABLE TRAVEL INSURANCE BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE.

Owners:

We are the owners of our villa and we take care of our reservations and customer follow-up ourselves.

Licenses:

Our villa has a license. licenses come from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation "division of hotels and restaurants" in Tallahassee and are given to us each year. It is posted at the entrance of our villa. It proves that our villa is authorized for short-term rental and that we are in good standing with the state of Florida.

Payment:

We only use Paypal as a bank for your payments, this provides security for you and for us. You can use your credit cards with Paypal without having an account with them, just ask us for an invoice which will be sent to you by email.
